- Fault diagnosis and recommendations for repair. If it is broken, I will recommend the fastest route to fixing it, whether that means minor or major surgery or a new computer. I can advise on the best replacement machine and will ensure that when you switch it on, it looks and feels just like your old one, (except that it will be in perfect working order) with everything just where you left it.
- Documented details of the entire setup of a new machine, to save time and money in the future.
- Full (and readily accessible) backups of old equipment when it is replaced.
- Checks for Spyware and Viruses , and ensure you have the right software in place to protect your system.
